Functional Training

Functional Training is an effective and non-repetitive way of training every muscle in the body, including the heart and the brain. It focuses on training the movements that are integrated, multidimensional, and multiplanar. We utilize the best training methods that require acceleration, deceleration, and stabilization in all three planes of motion: frontal, transverse, and sagittal. It's also the type of workout that you normally wouldn't do by yourself or at a gym even if you were guided by a typical trainer. 

You'll quickly realize that our facility does not carry any workout machines. We do not lead clients to sit down and just show you how to use the machines as we count away the reps.

In addition to guiding your biomechanics we provide you with a neuromuscularly stimulating training environment that challenges every aspect of health and fitness. Inevitably, during the process, you will achieve a superior state of cardiovascular shape and metabolic health, body composition, posture, strength, athleticism, movement quality, injury prevention, and brain function.
